We operate publicly under the brand Feliz Virtual Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment providers, such as PayPal, Upwork, or other providers we may use from time to time. By purchasing from us, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us at support@felizvirtual.com within 7 days of delivery.
